Hotel had good recognition of Titanium Elite status. I was coming in off a red eye and they allowed early check in at 5AM. There was no upgrade given, but very understandable for such an early check in. Lounge was nice, one of the few Sheraton’s in the USA that still has an executive lounge. Lots of sitting areas as well as being open and stocked with chips, bars and water throughout the day. Room was brand standard. Comfortable beds. Many different towers here but a lot of elevators for each so not really any delays. VERY convenient to the DART station. Was granted my elite late checkout without any issues. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it looked nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I needed to be in this area.

Huge shout out to the lounge staff - Keith, Angelina, Hugo, Ron and Hermie! These guys are the nicest and kindest bunch and they made my stay wonderful. I looked forward to seeing them every day. This hotel must be very proud of their hospitable lounge staff!

This hotel was very nice and the beds are soooo comfortable. My check in process was extremely smooth and the guest service member Duane was sure to go above and beyond to make sure all request were met! Zim who helped out with our luggage was so friendly and made as laugh with his jokes! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is always fantastic, but in particular the club lounge. I really enjoy the service from Alicia and all that She does. The lounge and Alicia are always amazing. I have been here over a dozen times and she’s always exceptional!

Horrible front desk staff, will not use this Sheraton or any Sheraton hotel again.

Horrible front desk staff, very rude. The boy working at the front desk had his hair down to his eyelids, asked me if I was a gangta from Atlanta and then made rude comments while he checked me in. He looked like a punk kid you would see in any Mexican ghetto around Dallas. Sheraton did a very poor job of hiring such people. Won't be staying at any Sheraton hotels in the future. Hilton is the best.
